Merry Christmas!

Thank you everyone who has lifted Palmer in prayer. Thank you to each who has blessed us so greatly through this year with gifts and your generosity of kindness. Thank you to all who have served us so freely. Above all Thank you to our Awesome God who loves us all and whose Son came into the world and became the Light of the World and was, and is our Hope and Deliverer! Praise Him! May his blessings be great and evident to us all, today and always! We are Thankful and blessed! Richardson 6

       Good morning all. Palmer is doing Great! We have so much to be thankful for. We are trying to get ready for Christmas and have lot's of loose ends to tie up. Christmas does not have the same pressure with it this year (it has tried to rear it's head) - where does that pressure to do more and more come from? We try and cram more activity and tasks into this few weeks in December? Probably none of you deal with this. Last night we went to see Lion, Witch & Wardrobe - great when you go to the movies and people clap as it ends. Revelation 5:5 "Then one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals."

Thank you each for your prayers, encouragement, love, support, gifts, and holding up our heads and hands this year.

We ask you to pray for special friends, a family that has blessed us with their kindness this year. Mitch & Robin Harper, Elizabeth and Chandler. They lost their son and brother Jeremy in a car accident Friday morning. Jeremy was a senior in college. Please for their family.

       Yesterday was a wonderful milestone. Palmer, Baker & Sutton all performed in the Nutcracker it was wonderful. Lori Ann was working in the back and Hayden and I watched from the audience. It was tremendous blessing and I can't tell you all the thoughts and emotions I had as a Dad watching them perform. Furthermore Hayden attended her first formal event and looked like a beautiful young woman, not my oldest little girl. We are working hard to remember to count each day as special. We are and have been blessed by all of you who read this. Thank you!

Love on each other this Christmas season. Enjoy your time together. Tell people that you love, that you love them, especially if you haven't done so in a long time. Mend any old wounds, make the call you haven't wanted to make. John 13:34 "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another"

             All our news yesterday was great. We are praising and thanking God that Palmer's lab results where great, her CT scan of her lungs and the fungal infection has changed dramatically for the better. And last but not least Palmer's CVL line is out. This was the most emotional part. This CVL line has literally been a lifeline in so many circumstances this year. She has had so many transfusions through that line, so many drugs chemo, antibiotic and other, so many labs drawn. And it has been a source of wonderful connection between Palmer and Lori Ann this whole year, as Lori Ann daily had to maintain that line for Palmer's health and well being. So it is an emotional time because it vividly portrays that this adventure is really coming to an end. We are overwhelmed with so many thoughts and memories when we pull up at ACH (Arkansas Childrens Hospital). We place our hope and trust in the Lord that this is in fact the end of this journey. For so many we have come to know and have shared our lives with the battle continues or has come again. We are so blessed to be loved and encouraged and served so generously by each of you. We are changed forever!
